Building the right team

After finding the right idea which has a big market, building the right team is the MOST important aspect. One of the biggest challenge that comes while building the team is to decide the equity. It's one of the most complicated and important part. If not well thought, it can break the team. CMU professor has done a great job of coming up with a rough guidelines. Must read for entrepreneurs, especially the first time ones.
