Success Mantra for entrepreneurs - By Keith Ferrazzi

I have subscribed to email newsletter by Keith Ferrazzi. I would highly recommend everyone reading this article to do that. This is one of the latest tip from Keith

Tip 84 - Try, Try Again
-------------------------------

People are busy and if you're reaching out to someone who's not a friend - yet - you may not get a response the first time. Or the second or the third.

What is an ideal startup team?

There is no ideal team. However characteristics of good team are

1. Founding members shouldn't be more than 3. At max 4 but no more than four. There are exceptions to this rule, but generally speaking 3 is ideal size.

2. Team should have well round people - Technically competent and Business Savvy.

3. People who know what they don't know and are willing to ask help. This is very important. Lot of times companies fall because founders thought they know everything and thus didn't ask help at the right time from right people.
